💰 How far does your money go?
Buenos Aires is where the euro stretches. A full parrilla dinner, a good cut of steak, sides and a half bottle of Malbec, runs about €27 a head. Café con leche with three medialunas is around €3. A late parrilla in Palermo: Book a table for 10pm, order the bife de chorizo and a bottle of Malbec, and settle in. This is the main event.
La Boca and Caminito: The painted tin houses and street tango are a tourist set piece, but the walk plus a match at La Bombonera makes a full afternoon. Stick to the main streets.
