You leave Arlanda at 18:10, change in Beijing after 2h20 and land at Haneda at 16:20 the next day. The flight home leaves Tokyo at 21:00 and has a long 13h50 stop in Beijing before landing in Stockholm at 16:20. This is the only combination we found under €550: a day earlier or later, the same trip costs about €675.
💰 How far does your money go?
A coffee in Stockholm costs about €4.50 and a beer in a bar around €8. In Tokyo, a bowl of ramen is about €6 and an onigiri from a convenience store costs less than €1. A metro ride is around €1.10, a beer in an izakaya about €3.50, and a set lunch €7-9.
☀️ The Weather
Late February and early March in Tokyo are cool and mostly dry, with highs of 10-13°C and cold nights around 2-4°C. The plum trees flower in the parks and gardens, and the dry winter air gives the clearest views of Mount Fuji all year.
