You leave Arlanda at 20:00, change in Shanghai after 1h40 and land in Hong Kong at 18:15 the next day. The flight home leaves Hong Kong at 07:40, stops for 2h25 in Shanghai and lands at Heathrow at 17:30 the same day. You then need your own way back from London to Stockholm.
